How to install your Studio Gem theme
IMPORTANT: Please view Before installing your theme before continuing.
During setup, demo content gets imported to your site. If you're using RSS-to-email services like Mailchimp, Flodesk, Kit, or anything else that automatically sends your posts to subscribers, be sure to pause your feeds temporarily, or your subscribers might get all the demo posts emailed to them. After the installation and import process is complete, you can delete the sample posts and then re-enable your RSS-to-email feeds.

- Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
- Navigate to Appearance → Themes.
- Click Add New at the top of the page.
- In the search field, type Kadence.
- Find the Kadence theme in the results and click Install.
- Instead of activating, click the Upload Theme button at the top of the page.
- Navigate to where your downloaded theme .zip file was saved and select it.
- Click Install Now and then Activate.
- If you see a box that says "Thanks for choosing the Kadence theme", click the Install AI Starter Themes button.
If you aren't automatically redirected to the Starter Templates screen, in your WordPress Admin sidebar, go to Site Assist → Starter Templates.
If you don't see the button in Step 9 and you don't see Site Assist in the dashboard sidebar, go to Plugins → Add New, type in Kadence and Install & Active the Starter Templates by Kadence WP plugin.
- On the next screen, click the Studio Gem option, then click the theme screenshot.
- Finally, click the Finish and Launch button.
